Websites buttons

Postby jono on Sat Mar 12, 2005 5:14 am

Hi all,

OK, I have knocked together some websites buttons for those who are coming to LRL2005. Please, please add these to your site if you are coming. It does help spread the word. More details and different versions of the button are on http://www.lugradio.org/live/2005/spreadtheword.php

Here is what the button looks like (bear in mind I have no artistic talent!):

If you think this is shit and can do better, mail your buttons to show AT lugradio DOT org. :D

Don't think it's shit, but a friend of mine - whose name is Alain Korkos - kindly made those "quick and dirty" logos:

and

He asked me a "green light" to work a bit more on them. What do you think of those?

Awesome awesome! Do more!!

It would be good to maybe have some banners as well advertising LUGRadio Live 2005. Could your friend add the details of the date, where it is and keep in with this cool 50s theme?

Cheers!

Bernardo, you're an asset to LugRadio :) These are ace. Certainly some banners, as Jono says, would be cool, and how about a skyscraper, while we're at it? :)

Why not? I'll ask Alain.

By the way, I think it would be better to wait for the "final" version of the buttons before posting them on the "Spread The Word" page.
You may not believe it, but it was just a draft.

Can we have one with someone in a stripey jumper, with a beret and onions round their neck, too?

Hey, it took me a good fifteen minutes to do those headphones on Tux. I freely admit the lettering is crap, but I was busy ;)

Thats great kNo!

Only one problem, it is "molineux" and not "molyneux". I know the LUGRadio site has an incorrect spelling, and I will fix it.

My offerings...

Postby Schwuk on Thu Mar 17, 2005 10:13 pm

Late to the game I know, but...

Here are my offerings. The former was designed for sidebar of my site, but I produced the second one for more general consumption.
